Red

I have been posting dope ceilings in Instagram since 2016, in fact that's where I started, followed by Twitter, Facebook and then this blog. Most of my entry, probably about 50% was photographed from different restaurant ceilings around the metro and few from my out of the country travels - it goes without saying we absolutely love to eat! Be that as it may, restaurant, for me, could probably be the best project to design a ceiling which could any be a classic-looking or an industrial-looking to unorthodox design. Although Architecture in terms of concept, design and planning is truly unlimited.

Let me talk about the photos below from last night's birthday celebration of a friend at Saffron buffet restaurant.

How dope is that red and curvy recessed ceiling lighting? Red is a fiery color. It indicates fire and passion. In food, there are so many reds like strawberries, red chilies or peppers, tomatoes, grapes, cherries and others. It is also believed to stimulate appetite. Hence, food industries from exterior to interior design, uses this color generously. And if ceiling design is as this dope, I'd definitely would want to visit again and again.​
