A couple of months ago, we took a brief stopover at Last Exit somewhere along Al Qudra road Dubai. For those who have never heard this place like me, it’s basically a trailer park (by Meraas) with lots of concept restaurants and food trucks selling good-looking street food for a quick bite. Though, in truth, we’re not able to grab any of the gourmet-looking nibbles scattered around the place.
The place was pretty cool, and lucky enough, I
accidentally discovered this particular restaurant (to which I stupidly forgot
the name or I do not know if it has a name at all LOL) I randomly ran over because
I was really about to piss my pants off! How obnoxious was I? Haha.
On a serious note, stepping in front of the
place - the swing door basically, got me already lusted over the concept.
I’m a fan of industrial type of ceiling – the transcending pipes of an old
ghostly, decaying (I mean this in a tasteful way) factory is a sight for me.
Although not clearly seen in my snap, this interior got a free pass.
Another sight (below) that got me was the
ceiling pendant light made of this attached car metal plate with, I guess
random numbers. I mean, that’s an epitome of a concept if you want to attract
people. In this case, there wasn’t much people dining maybe because it was late
when we visited.
