At The Top was awesome. Being at 456 meters above the ground and that ecstasy while cruising the world’s fastest lift was abso-freakin-lutely unforgettable. As you know I had high expectation for tourist spots I’ve been wanting to visit. And I have said it, Burj Khalifa did not disappoint in any way.
Anyway when we finished the tour and about to
take our late lunch at the Dubai mall, upon going out walking along hallways,
these views caught my attention.
These are the aluminum cladding, stainless steel and glass finish galore of Burj Khalifa’s exterior design which the tower got a world record of the highest installation of an aluminum and glass façade at the height of 512 meters! The tower is just famous for so many things you can imagine. And they are printed upon your way in and out – at the hallways, interior glass walls and even can be seen in printed souvenirs.
So there. I hope I’m able to encourage you to visit Burj Khalifa. And of course, here are the random photos I snapped at the Dubai mall.
I’m not so sure about the lighting piece concept but it looked like a body tissue to me. Or maybe it’s just my imagination. Whatever it is, the curving and the continuous concept got me looking as I literally followed where it started from and stopped.
